Colby has been an artist his whole life and tattooed professionally for a long while. After a traumatic experience, he pushed art to the dark corners of his mind.

These last couple of years have taken their toll on us all. Most of us have experienced mental and emotional roller coasters as a result. Colby held his own ticket for that ride, and it was his mental health that paid the toll. Towards the end of this last year, it had gotten pretty dark for him. Rather than let himself sink further into that darkness, Colby made a change. A major part of that change was deciding to return to his love of art and tattooing. With the love, support, and encouragement of his partner, he is tattooing again in his own space.

Colby learned from his trauma that people need safe spaces that they can count on. Even when being tattooed. Maybe especially when being tattooed! He believes that such a vulnerable experience deserves a space that feels safe in every way and Colby goes to great lengths to ensure that safety for everybody.
