"I chose to do my Halloween inspired Oktoberfest can around my favorite: Dracula. I started with a Helles Pale Ale which allowed for a fun visual pun along with some slightly twisted quotes from the 1931 movie and some illustrative elements to create a campy horror inspired design."

"My Halloween inspired Oktoberfest can design was inspired by the Creature from the Black Lagoon aka the Gill-man. This design pays homage to Milicent Patrick, the designer of the Gill-man, and one of Disney's first female animators. I felt like a Black Lager, being a German-style beer lent itself well to this design. The image shows the monster underwater as kegs of beer float around it in the lagoon."

"I chose to do my Halloween inspired Oktoberfest can around Halloween's classic character, Vampires. Inspired by this fictional character's favorite meal, I started my design with a twisted version of a Red Ale, listing the nutrients of real arterial plasma. In other words... human blood."
