We've partnered on a journey with @tacoma_wa to document and display the good in our city. We’ll continue to track down the “connoisseurs of culture” in our city and shine a spotlight on their practice.
Up first, we’re excited to share a little bit about Patrick Haight (The OG Camp Counselor) from @thecampbar.
1. What do you want to be for Tacoma?
I want to be a place where the community can gather and feel at home. We are a casual bar for people to escape from the Tacoma ‘Urban’ jungle.
2. What makes Tacoma special?
Tacoma, for its size, is a small tight knit community. I like that. I like that you can walk into any place in Tacoma and know people and they know you. And I love that Tacoma still has that ‘grit,’ that rough around the edges feel.
