What does the phrase, “age is just a number” mean to you? "Gosh, do you remember the phrase 'over the hill'? Viewing 'aging' as being a scary, bad thing is such a thing of the past to me. It’s exciting because every age is so special and has so much to offer- it’s a mindset for sure."
