When asked “What is a challenge that you’ve overcome in your career and what are you most proud of?” Charlene says, “Starting a small business when people didn’t believe it. We want to inspire other local, small businesses to follow their dreams of owning a business.”

What does the phrase, “age is just a number” mean to her? “It means how you feel inside and not to worry about your age. It doesn't stop you from living your life.”
